The Mortgage House has built its foundation around our community involvement. We continue to give back to our community in many different ways. Throughout the year we run campaigns and volunteer our time to help different charities.
Our biggest contribution of giving back runs the month of December. Rack’d is our 24 days of giving in December, we volunteer our time, donate supplies and try to make everyone’s December a little easier.
The TPTM Alberta team dropped off gift-wrapped toys they have collected over the last few weeks for the Red Deer Christmas Bureau and other various toy drives.
Our BC team members and their families have also participated in toy drives in their local community!
We showed our appreciation to our local teachers by delivering some much-needed items such as pens, pencils, kleenex, and most importantly coffee and chocolate!
Day 16 was all about supporting our local seniors, delivering cards, treats and a whole lot of Christmas cheer!
We held our annual Christmas Light Extravaganza on December 17th, we began at the Innisfail office and toured the town checking out the festively decorated homes. We have posted the top six homes and the winner will receive a gift basket full of goodies!
Our amazing TPTM team members participated in local food drives to help bring food for those in need during the holidays.
Our amazing agents continue to spread kindness during our Random Acts of Christmas Kindness campaign. On Day 19, they signed up to donate blood, giving the ultimate gift – the gift of life!
Our agents gave back to their business partners by sending gifts of appreciation to their business partners, showing gratitude for another fantastic year of working together. It’s the season of giving, and we are grateful for the valuable partnerships we have forged with our colleagues in the industry. Together, we are making homeownership dreams a reality for families across the country, and we couldn’t do it without our amazing business partners.
Our incredible agents continue their mission to spread kindness during our Random Acts of Christmas Kindness campaign. On this heartwarming day, they organized breakfasts at local restaurants with a twist: each attendee brought $50 or $100 bills to surprise their servers with extra-large tips!
This holiday season, as part of our RACK’d (Random Acts of Christmas Kindness) 24 days of Christmas Kindness, we wanted to pay it forward to an organization that has touched our lives in a profound way – the Red Deer Hospice.For Day 22, we decided to give back to the place that brought comfort, solace, and kindness during such a challenging time. Our gesture is a small token of gratitude for the incredible work the hospice does, making a difference in the lives of families like ours.
On day 23 one of our incredible team members cleared snow for her neighbours!
