As a licensed REALTOR® with experience in Residential, Rural, Commercial, and Property Management, Melanie brings a broad understanding of real estate to the mortgage side of her business. Her background in bookkeeping and administration further complement her ability to understand the financial details behind each client’s unique situation. 

Melanie believes reaching a goal often starts with having the right plan. Not every goal can or should happen overnight. Sometimes the path is straightforward, while other times it may take a few extra steps, some preparation, or simply more time. Her approach is to understand where her clients are today, where they ultimately want to be, and then work alongside them to develop a realistic plan to help them get there. 

Whether that means preparing to purchase a first home, moving up, investing or restructuring finances, Melanie is committed to building long-term relationships with her clients. For her, success isn’t about quick wins, it’s about providing the knowledge, guidance, and ongoing support clients need to make confident decisions at every stage along the way. 

Outside of work, Melanie and her husband share a love of travel, and she especially enjoys researching and planning their next adventure. With a goal of seeing as much of the world as possible, some of their favorite travels so far have included Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico, Hawaii, Nova Scotia, Ontario, and many parts of British Columbia.
